My purpose as a coach and mentor is to inspire my athletes to show respect, grow through teamwork, and excel in volleyball and in life due to perseverance and hard work.  We want our athletes to have a goal and a plan and be willing to make mistakes, take risks and learn from failure to become an engaged and productive citizen.
